16 oz Brussles Sprouts
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Wash, trim and cut each Sprout in half
2. Place Brussles face up on a cookie sheet, lined with parchment paper
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
4. Place under the broiler about 6 inches away from the top and roast until they turn brown.
